REFUND policy

JTN Teknet initially collects 50% Partial payment as an advance for any service that are rendered by JTN Teknet on its online platform. The services as listed currently on www.jtnteknet.com include Website Development, ITeS Services, Writing, Designing, Marketing etc and can be altered/ modified anytime at sole discretion of JTN Teknet Pvt Ltd.

The 50% advance payment is processed by the customer directly on their own end using the Pay Now Option on website & the  payment is processed only after a successful Customer ID is generated at the insistence of the user to  subscribe to the service offered by us and therefore, such advances are non-refundable.

However, as an Exception for erroneous Payments, 

The 50% Partial Payment is only refundable after deducting the Processing & other Charges on case to case basis as decided by JTN Teknet , if a written request is received on our contact email within 1 hour of order being placed for any service.

As we collect the balance 50% of the second payment only after successful completion of said service so such payments are completely non-refundable.

After we process the refund, It may however  take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account or any other mode used during payment. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by JTN Teknet Pvt Ltd.
